Damaged Products
We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping.
Reporting Damage:
- All claims for damaged products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

- Provide a detailed description of the damage
- Include clear photographs showing the damaged product and packaging
Resolution:
Once we receive and review your damage claim, we will:
- Issue a replacement product, or
- Provide a full refund (including shipping costs)
We will respond to damage claims promptly and work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Before Your Order Ships
Once an order is submitted and payment is processed:
- Discounts and coupons cannot be applied retroactively
- Order details (items, quantities, pricing) cannot be modified
- Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout
Cancellation Requests:
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at info@stonwellness.com with your order number. We will make every effort to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.
After Your Order Ships
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the items, you may return them in accordance with our return policy below.
Returns & Refunds
Standard Returns (Unopened Products)
We accept returns of most unopened, unused products within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging
- Products must be unused and in resalable condition
- You must contact us at info@stonwellness.com to request a return authorization before shipping items back
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will include the purchase price minus the original shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items:
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging
- Perishable items or products with expiration dates that have passed
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Returns Due to Our Error
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product due to an error on our part, we will make it right.
Our Error Includes:
- Wrong product shipped

- Missing items from your order
- Product damaged in shipping (if reported within 72 hours)

- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- You will receive a full refund including original shipping costs, OR we will send a replacement at no charge

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:

- Place a new order for the desired item on our website

Defective Products
